I have talked to her several times after her vehicle was totaled and she said that she would still be able to deliver it. I have a customer waiting on her. If she can do this she should be banned from bidding as she is undependable and not good enough for U-SHIP.

Shipper was unable to make the original date due to supposed truck issues. Because of that i had a new requested ship date that the shipper could not meet. This company is not organized and does not communicate well.

After numerous attempts to confirm pickup of my dogs on scheduled date the service provider's mailbox remained full and the scheduler refused to return phone calls and answer emails. I pleaded with her to just call me and confirm that we were still on schedule as I was making a move to Alaska and the dogs had to be picked up. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
due to difficulties the service provider had, they just were not able to pick up the puppy at any of the scheduled times we agreed upon. i could not wait any longer. i had to find someone who could pick up the puppy and bring him to me in a reasonable time period.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
They were acting as a company that had insurance. They did not. They totaled my trailer (value $2100, damages $3206). Avoid these people at all costs as you will get your stuff damaged and will not hear from them.
