Hi, we have a used car dealership in Madison, TN (right out of Nashville). After having to wait on car haulers to bring our cars we decide why not buy our own. So, we bought a 2004 Ford F350 and 4 car hauler trailer. Therefore, as well as transporting are own cars we would be happy to provide professional services to others.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We went to pickup vehicle but Manheim employees could not locate it after 1 hr of searching. I informed the shipper of this and stated that we would not be able to complete the shipment unless we were given an additional $75 for a return to pickup.
Response from americar:
GXTransportsolutions must not be experienced with picking cars up at auctions. I called the auction after GXC told me car can not be found, and the auction said the car is in the sold lot. Cars do not go missing in auctions. Also, GXC did not return gate pass after he left. I do not recommened.

Response from gxctransportsolutions: Shipper informed us that the car was ready for shipping. We went to pickup the vehicle and the shipping location could not find it. We waited and searched for 1 1/2 hours. We contacted the shipper several times to inform him of the situation. We also emailed hime to let that we would be happy to return for pickup if we were compensated for our time and gas. No agreement could be reached.
