I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
The person I bought the merchandise from was responsible for hiring a crane to lift the two containers down from their stacked position, onto the trucks being provided by my carrier. Crane hired could not handle the load, and the seller is not willing to pay the large cost increase to hire a large crane. My purchase and movement of this property is now possibly falling apart. Cannot re-schedule until I determine my legal standing w/r/t taking the property if I hire a crane. The carrier's loc

Ended up paying more than the rates initially quoted. Partly I am responsible as I did not have the total weight of the item. But partly the shipper overcharged.

The weight of the shippers pieces turned out to be double what he said it was. In addition we had to reschedule his pickup as instead of 4 pcs he had 7. Everything was delivered ontime despite having a last minute change of delivery address.

Communication was excellent and all boxes arrived safely, only one week from NY to LA. The mover that picked up my boxes was professional and trustworthy. Great first U-Ship experience and I would recommend this company.
Note: they prefer you pay by credit card and if sending boxes, you will pay for the weight of the pallet they are shipped on.

What a GREAT guy! Dave was wonderful to work with and helped me work out a few kinks not even caused by him. He kept my best interest at heart and made things so easy for me. Terrific, HONEST, and treated me like family. Would recommond to everyone and would totally use Dave again!! Thank you so much!!

packages were delivered in a timely manner with no damage to it's contents. Packages were sent together but arrived on different days. When I asked to see what the problem was, I was told they were separated during shippment. Misplaced package was tracked and sent to me the next day.
