I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period i have tried several times to contact shipper, using phone and email. was able to contact a person in office, but the man making arrangments would not call me back. no emails replied to either. he did make contact with me initially by email but none since.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Service Provider made no attempt at contacting me regarding the shipment and deceitfully ignored communication through calls and e-mails. The Service Provider made false promises and did not uphold any commitment to promised services. The Service Provider did not provide any notice regarding delays.

How can my calls and emails to you not count. Also calls to your boyfriend in MASS. I backed out when I got phoney telephone numbers and request from him.I knew I had a problem when you expected delivery half way across country ,with pick up in Washington DC and delivery in three days. We did not do the job ,that is defferent from false promises,we don't feel you were straight with us. Best regards
