The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper communicated 2 days after shipment was to be picked up that he was broke down and would be delayed. I requested he update me when he was back up and going again. Shipper contacted me today Saturday 1/21/12 that he would no be willing to complete shipment due to the fact he was still broke down and just basically said he was quitting.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipment was outside of Tulsa, not within Tulsa city limits. Ni ill will. He wanted too much to to go outside the city. Just need to cancel contract and repost shipment.
