The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The customer emailed me that she could absolutely not do her move on the date we agreed on because her husband suffered a heart condition.Then a few days later, changed her mind. She completely changed what she had listed by subtracting certain items and adding more items.Also would not follow our payment method.

This is not entirely true. I did call and advise about my husband and then called back and wanted to do it. They could not do it on the original date because they made other arrangements. They then were going to come on Friday instead of Tuesday and cancelled because of an accident that they had. I also asked about a change of items to be shippped and wanted to know what that cost would be. They never got back to me even after 3 calls. When they did call, the orig amt was not changed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider had an accident and we are not able to do the shipping on the date that they have to reschedule it to. We also have changed the number of items to ship and they did not decrease the price. The number of items is decreased by 3.
