Rating: Cancellation Left for: RedNeckTransport (-1) On: 7/28/2008 For: Scrap Lathes & Scrap Milling Machine	The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services RedNeckTransport(-2)failed to provide a shiping bill before the scheduled pickup date. Addt. RNT didn't provide me a reference and other documents. Also RNT attempted to change the pickup time without my knowing. RNT was hot to get a deposit and coummunincated until the deposit was sent but no further written communication was sent by RNT until the night before the pickup date. I stopped RNT from picking up my load. This service provider can not be trusted. RNT still has my $497.10 deposit

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This Service Provider did not show up at the agreed upon date & time. Additionally this Service Provider refused to send the shipping bill to me & did not communicate with pickup locations as I requested & as he agreed to do. Also this Service Provider stopped responding to my e-mails and phone voice messages. This Service Provider has cost me additional storage fees at one of the pickup locations. This Service Provider is not reliable.

Item picked up quickly but then it sat in a terminal for 5 days before it headed west to Oregon. I really think that delay was excessive. Overall, I learned alot and the whole process was ok. Response from Anyfreight: The carriers occasionally hold their trailer until they have more product before moving accross country. Would be nice is the carriers kept in touch better also. Howerver, it has got me calling them daily if and when this situation arises. Thank you and I hope we do business again.
