Jim contacted me immediately after the contract was approved to follow up on any questions. He communicated to me and the person delivering the car to him. He communicate to me upon receipt of the car. He let me know when he arrived at the local destination and when he could delivery. Excellent communications. Everthing went as planned. No issues.
