Shipper provided wrong phone numbers and would not return phone calls. We finally got the shipper's/customer's number when they called us.Bad management on the shipper's part. Would not recommend shipping for this person. I believe the rest of our feedback speaks for itself. Robert@RandK

this was a bad deal!!! First, the contractor called @ 8:00A and said he'd be there in 2 hours or so. Getting his truck serviced!!! Then after 6 hours I called and he was coming in an hour (3:00PM)!! He finally came @ 8:30PM!!!!!! Sorry way to do business!! Now he said he'd be in Las Crueses @ mid morning!! It's 3:45PM and he's still not there and the people have been waiting since 9:30AM. Horriable experience for sure. Horriable!!!

Our driver said no such thing.Below is the time provided on this shipment via UShip emails BEFORE shipper accepted."Pickup 2/14-2/15 delivered in about 48hrs.Our route will be up to Dallas,TX to pickup another horse then to ALBQNM then S to Los Cruses to drop your horse off."View bid details to see our reply.Shipper was aware of route/time.Driver delivered horse in less than 24hrs.Shipper's communication/expectation with his customer was lacking on his part.We delivered safely as bid.RobertRandK
