The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider was operating under another name. The service provider, Heartland Movers, currently has a suspended account on uShip. However, the bid was accepted by nessaann who is a person and not a company (which is doing business as Heartland). I do not feel comfortable moving forward based on Heartland's previous feedback and current status on uShip.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Did not receive good communication with Provider. Made numerous calls only to find out 3 days before move through uShip that the provider was unable to accommodate.

Customer under estimated their household and expected to get unlimited space. Wish we could have been of service. Thanks John
