He was not anticipating getting it fixed in time to continue the route that my items were on. Steve called the men who he was to pick the items up from to tell them he would not be able to complete the haul, and he kept me informed of his trouble also. I am sorry we couldn't complete the transaction, and sorry for Steve and his truck trouble. Great communication!!!
