I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Patrick Smith and his service (or lack thereof) have been terrible. First off he is completely been out of touch and unreachable. Secondly, we had agreed upon him picking up and delivering by the middle of this past week. It is now Sunday and I have not heard from him in over 3 days and moreover he has not even picked up the item in TN. Therefore I want to cancel this immediately so I can look for someone else to actually perform this service as promised. Alex
