The service was excellent. It took less than 3 hours to complete my move, which included a separate pickup at a storage unit. Edwin was great to work with, prompt and extremely efficient. I highly recommend!

Bgsdelivery was booked for a white glove/full service move. The mover didn't have a team to help at pick up or delivery and at one point hesitated to move something because he was alone. The communication was poor. Less than 24 hours notice for the delivery. Didn't listen to the descript of delivery apt. Some furniture was damaged. When the couch did't fit he did take to storage, which was very appreciated, but could have been prevented with better communiation on his part.

First description wasn't acurate second she was told delivery date at pick up about a week in advance next there wasn't any hestitation because I was alone there was hesitation because customer failed to get measurements of couch and doorways customer failed to mention stairs were involved, and and there damage to the couch when customer tried to force it through the door, we went out of our way to help this customer to get a neutral feedback totally unfair
