They got there quickly and wrapped everything up tight which I appreciated because some movers let the drawers or cabinets fly open. They did complain a little about the weight, but thats completely understandable because I had no idea what some of the items weighed when I listed them. And they had to go down a flight of stairs. They were troopers. I would recommend them.

All in all, item finally received in good condition. over 2 weeks past time originally allotted though. Make sure time is not an issue when using this mover. Otherwise, ok.

p/u in Texas with in timeframe, shipper was not availiable coming from Texas. then, wanted delivery after 5:pm only. then wanted delivery at 5:45pm sharp. Some shippers don't understand the planning,and timming it takes to make money and not lose money in long distance moving. We have no issue with time,as you can see from our feedbacks. Allpro

Overall a great experience. I had no trouble keeping in contact with them. Pickup was within the bidded time frame. Pickup was quick and I could tell they were professionals. It was like they had done it a million times. Delivery was in the same day. They helped position the piano in a couple different spots to help my mom out. Thanks Guys glad we could do the night delivery so you could get home. Will definitely suggest to others.

These guys are truly Pros. They moved an Organ for me from Fl. to Oklahoma 1300 miles. It was wrapped in a moving blanket and then plastic wrapped. They did it in the time frame they said they would and they will call you back if you need to talk to them. I give AllPro 5 Stars. Good Job!!!

We picked a day and time and he told me he would call back closer to the date we agreed on. I never received another phone call and when the day came- no one showed up and no one called. After numerous attempts at trying to reach someone at Allpro in the following days we finally got a hold of someone.
