Fraud Fraud Fraud! Shipper charged credit card and did not provide service. Had to cancel the credit card to get them to stop charging it. Hope you guys get busted!!! Do not use them or a mover calling themselves elitemoving1@gmail.com. Make sure you verify the movers, how long they've been in business etc. Almost lost entire house contents and the $4700 for the move. Do not use.

if I wanted to hire people off of craigslist, i could have done it myself for less money. Don't hire alliance if you expect professional movers. the crew said they couldn't move my tv to the second floor so now its still in my garage. I was told that i would get a discount of $50 for all of the problems which i never got, and my credit card was charged before the move was done, and now i can't get them to answer the phone. I won't be using alliance again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The UShip site has cancelled the service provider. I have attempted to contact the service provider several times and receive the same message saying "You have reached alliance moving. At this time we are closed. No further information is provided." Therefore I would like to cancel the order and receive my deposit back.

after paying the full amount the movers never showed so I cancelled with them after the 3rd no show day and I'm still waiting for a refund from them.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Scheduling problems on both parties and can't geta hold of them i've called and can't get anyone and left messages to no avail. Also I am no longer comfortable after all the negative feedback in the past month and as early as yesterday when i still can't get it scheduled and their uship account being suspended.I would like my deposit refunded.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This is the 3rd Complaint on this matter. I need my deposit money refunded, since the service provider has been suspended from your site. The Service provider charged 1/3 ($162) up front and no one picks up their phone and there is no response to emails. I have Disputed the charge with my CC company contracted with another provider for the move. Cannot rely on them since no one picks up the phone and cannot take a chance as I have to vacate my rental home. Please refund the deposit asap.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I cancelled the service 2 days AFTER the company did not show up. If they were scheduled to arrive two days late, I was never informed. They did not show up on Aug. 4th, as it stated in the contract. After I did not hear from them, I called that evening and was told that they would come the next day (Aug. 5th). However, they never came. I left 4 messages and they did not return my calls. It was THEN that I cancelled. Their reply that says I cancelled the DAY OF the service is incorrect.
