ok, where to begin...communication was bad because I talked to someone new everytime I called. My messages were never returned, I guess this car was passed on to another broker at the last minute(who did a great job), but they wanted more money, and didnt deliver on time(it was a week late). Ugh!, soo much hassle for something that should have been mucvh more simple.

My car was in a 'less traveled' pickup location. Finding a truck to pick it up wasn't easy. Add to that the driver and the person helping me with the pickup missed connections requiring finding a second truck to pick up the vehicle. Through it all AllDay stayed on it and got my vehicle moved for me. It was clear to me that they actually worked at finding a carrier rather than just waiting for a carrier to take the job. Good communication with people actually answering when you call. A+

When contacted on thursday 5/31/12 They said they where trying to find a shipper with a winch to load the car and would have one buy Monday 6/4/12 or Tuesday 6/5/12.
