I emailed her the same day and she responded with a request for me to call the next morning but again no answer. Then she requests a cancellation??? Job was relisted and she accepted a bid for $10 less-

I refuse to show up to another "book it now" gone bad. Something really needs to be done about the frequency of book it now auctions. I suggest that you collect all the money up front from the customer, and after services rendered then you pay us shippers. I have not had ONE book it now th

Response from boxcarNY: After I clicked Book It Now and tried to contact shipper-she did not answer her phone and her voicemailbox was full. I emailed her the same day and she responded with a request for me to call the next morning but again no answer. Then she requests a cancellation??? Job was relisted and she accepted a bid for $10 less from another TSP. Her comment was made w/o her talking to me at all.

Aline really tried to do the right thing, but had a wild card customer. Communication was great. I would not hesistate to bid for shipments from her again.

This will be my last "Book It Now" until Uship can guarantee the shipments are good. At least for this one we didn't show up, and/ or wait for days. These are very frustrating...We hope this gets hammered out by this site quickly....Do not use this shipper. We are warning you....very unreliable and almost fraudulent. After all we had a binding contract, and they do not have the gumption to ever answer.
