A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I have no problem with the service provider. We both made the agreement in good faith. I discovered that the truck has to be repaired before it can be moved. Thus a scheduling conflict makes it impossible to go ahead with the move at this time.
I will re-list the shipment at such date when i get the repairs made. I thank the provider for the bid.

Shipper did not understand our terms and conditions Shipper was wanting to pay with a check and our terms require cash, money order, cashiers check it is in big bold letters in our profile.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I have been working most of the day to try to resolve our non running truck issue with the carrier. I had to step out of the office and noticed that the carrier had left negative feedback for me. Also, stated that this was a trend. This is not a trend but when a customer states that the vehicle is in running condition, I have to go with what they tell me. Customer needs this to be on a trailer and not driven since this is not road worthy. After carrier left bad feedback I have no other choic

he shipper told me that this was able to be driven and it wasn't i said this seems to be a trend because i tried repeated times to get a hold of someone to find out what was going to happen now i had already scheduled a pick up at the drop and now i have to find another way to get this truck shipper should have check out ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE GIVING OUT THIS LOAD but that is only my opinion i finally got a call after leaving my negative feedback

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The provider assumed that the vehicle could be delivered by driving it. When they were inform that we didn't want it drove but rather hauled, provider asked for more time to make those arrangments, which was granted, all was agreed to be done for the same original monies. I then have requested their cargo insurance certification on three,(3), different occasions and have had no response.

This is the worst provider I have ever encountered.Was more interested in my money than the job. Demanded me to pay up-front before truck will be delivered.Was cursing. I wish I had not met him and hope not to meet any person like him in life.

This guy is the worst person if this is how he does business then he will get no where in life you can't lie about people or to people all this guy did is lie to me he owed alot of money to the person that he bought the truck from for storage i have all the papers from the owner of the truck when he was called about this problem the person that answered the phone not even get him out of bed me and my driver lost our saturday to pick this truck up and was not compensated DON'T WORK FOR THIS GUY!
