Great experience. Very positive re both pick-up and delivery. Was very careful about making sure our 36" Sony CRT was properly bubble wrapped and secured in the truck. Kept us in constant communication about ETA. Called us after delivery to confirm everything went fine. I would definitely use ALB again.
