Rating: Cancellation Left by: wnelson (39 ) On: 3/12/2008 For: 3/4 ton 4x4 pick up	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment My truck is broke down and I will be unable to do this shipment. I am not able to delay pickup as my schedule is full once my truck is on the road again.

Rating: Negative Left for: localautodirect (-6) On: 11/25/2008 For: 2 vehicles for transport	shipment was paid for on 10/03/2008 but not picked up untill 10/29/2008 the jeep was to be trailered and left here on a trailer but was flat towed with out removing the drive lines, destroying the transfer A second shipment was sent out on 11/03/2008 and has not been delivered as to date the DOT number was cancled in november 2008 No one will answer any of the phone numbers I have Response from localautodirect: ALEX WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEEK AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT ALL PROBLEMS HAD BEEN SOLVED BEFORE HE GOT HOME HE HAS REQUESTED THIS NEG FEEDBACK BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH POSITIVE THANKS HE IS A GOOD SHIPPER AND WE ARE PLANNING TO DO MORE FOR HIM

This is an LTL not a truckload.
