The service provider has been unable to communicate or pick up my shipment and I already made arrangement to pick it up myself, very bad communication on this service provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Provider gave number of reasons why they could not do the job. Some reasons were broken leg, broken arm,and also the phone was disconteded. So please send me my refund and also reactive my listing.

Response from alessandrabenevides: We did have a small accident with driver falling from trailer, and unfortunally there was no way to continue the trip that way.
The deposit goes to U-ship, so I have no way to return that, and you have to relist your shipment.

Volvo arrived in perfect condition. Communication could be improved -- sometimes very communicative, other times I couldn't get a answer/reply -- overall good though.
Driver got screwed by having to wait on delivery in front of us -- causing a long delay -- but this was communicated -- still delivered in a timely fashion.
Overall very pleased.

Response from alessandrabenevides: We were there more than 3 times, it's right next to our house, but the item is way bigger and way heavier than described, we tried and it wasn't working as well, we paid $120 on rollbacks, and shipper never paid.
So unfair to say that we weren't there on the agreed time.
