Shippment promised to be there by Nov 15 it did not arrive until Nov 16 at 12:40 am in the morning. Very terrible communication from the driver. Very terrible communication between driver and supplier. Amount on uship site changed without indication to me.

Shipper requested del to be made on the 22nd then changed to 16th, we p/u the car on the same day. Shipper requested 2 different quotes to MA and PA, we bidded on both and he accepted the cheapest one but to the longer route. Still owes 50. Customer wanted to pay with a personal check instead of cash or money order as instructed. Customer called my personal cell all weekend long including 1Am, 2Am.Car was p/u 11/12 del 11/16 AS PROMISSED. Del at 12:40Am because HIS wife wasn't in town!

Straight forward—--- THIS TRANSPORTER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BID ---- The most nerve wracking experience ever. ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! NO ONE ANSWERS!! They have NO Answering machine on their office line. Their Cell Phone says, “IT DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY MESSAGES”. CAR DEALERS STAY AWAY!!!! They are brokers!!! That hire third rate non English speaking carriers- who offer nothing- A very bad business. I already have a verbal and written complaint sent in! DO NOT USE Alessandrabenevides!

We picked up the car on 11/7 and delivered 11/10.We exchanged 12 e-mails during the process and he even requested a shipment of a scooter he just sold. Shipper wanted to do the transaction outside U-ship so he could have his deposit money back, I denied.I fowarded to U-ship all the e-mails he sent me with threats of a - feed if I didn't do what he wanted.I am a licensed broker/carrier and MY OWN driver did this job.I have my OWN BOL signed by shipper. Left a negative even after all this trouble, didn't pay the amount owed, delayed our trip.
