For: JD 6600 Combine + 4630 JD tractor

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it This item is not 10' high but is 13' high which needs a different type of trailer. Our price would be increased to accomodate the new height. Also, there was no one to help take off tires and get this machine ready for transport. We had waited for the customer to get this machine prepared for shipment but no one ever got back to us.

For: JD 6600 Combine + 4630 JD tractor

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I just doing this cancellation because the transaction was not completed and I paid a deposit to Uship for $ 187.50 and the reazon is that they couldn't move my shipment with the trucks they had, and the seller told me "be sure you have the right truck to move the machine next time you come' because he has to stop of working to help them. Thanks I hope you can put my money back. and if I don't find a direct service to move it I will relist my shipmet.
Response from applog:
Customer did not reach us back in time to pick up this shipment. We left numerous emails and phone messages. We could not longer hold on this shipment in hopes that it needed to be transported. It was best to give this shipment back to the customer to find another transportation company. We had this shipment for over a month without any contact from the customer.
