The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Budget shipping and the driver, Joe, did all that he could to try to pick up the mattress and boxsprings. The ebay seller did not have the bed disassembled or a pathway cleared to get the bed out of the house when Joe arrived. He was unable to spend additional time waiting while she cleared the way. Joe had a schedule to keep. This was very justified. Joe said to put in a claim for a refund of the deposit because he was unable to pick up the bed with those conditions. He was very polite.
