They picked it up the day after I ordered the shipment, and they delivered that day. I was kept informed and could not be happier with the service. Better than UPS.

The guys from ALB were nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. They were careful to plan the loading/unloading and placement of the furniture precisely so as not to damage the items or the floors. They were also very personable--this was a move involving a foreclosure and a difficult time for our family out of state, they were very respectful and patient in helping us plan the move. I would use them again, & will refer any of my clients, friends or family to them in the future! Thanks!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This was not a cancellation, my listing expired around 11 am this morning. This user didn't respond until 6:45pm this evening.

I booked it now around 5:30 pm and immediately called and this moron said it was done days ago and didn't know how to delete listing.This woman is dumb and a liar.You can see the listing details for yourself.Now it is back on the market for someone else to get shafted.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Talked to provider and discussed shipment. Yes, there was a scheduling conflict, but provider said he would do some checking and call back. He requested cancellation without calling back. This is my first uship and I hope the other providers are more accomadating. Provider states too much hassle, I say he is too impatient!!!

This woman states that shipment is flexible and turns out it can only be delivered on the 1st of August.Then she has more than is listed and adds those items after cancellation.She was rude,nasty and treated me like dirt.I have no use for customers with bad attitudes that think they can jerk people around.Stay clear of this shipper!!Looking for something for nothing.
