I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Response from albtransportation: USAshipping4less is as unprofessional as you can find.He never returns calls,he lies to you,jerks your customers around,and basically doesn't take your business,or his,for that matter,seriously.He never did one thing he said he would.Please use caution when dealing with this individual.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Service provider--albtransportation--was fantastic. When Anthony arrived to pick up the piece I purchased via ebay, he called to let me know that the piece was in much worse shape than advertised, so I instructed him that piece should not be picked up. Response from albtransportation: Client asked us to inspect this piece before shipping and wanted a phone call before picking up piece.Too bad seller and buyer could not get together on a solution.Seller became very upset with us,but we did what OUR customer asked us to do.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from albtransportation: Bad weather made it impossible to meet the customers time frames due to weather the previous days that put us behind on other deliveries.We never cancel shipments.This one was out of our hands.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved ABT Transportation was able to pick up on Friday, but unfortunately, the washer & dryer were not available to pick up until Saturday. I was looking forward to their expertise and care in handling but it just did not work out because of availability. I will relist again once I know for sure that the machines are going to be available. Response from albtransportation: Another cancellation that is not our fault.Thanks anyway for the try.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The consignment store where I had the three oriental rugs has sold the rugs. They made an inventory mistake and the rugs were sold. I had been told the rugs were still there on consignment.
I had hoped to ship the rugs to my new home in New Jersey.
Since the rugs are sold, I do not need the shipment services. I am sorry for this, but the store made an inventory mistake.
Please advise on credit for my deposit. Response from albtransportation: These things happen.Please be sure of your purchases next time before accepting a bid.These cancellations "hurt" the Provider and make us look bad.Uship doesn't care who's fault it is and that's an injustice.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from albtransportation: Could not get the p/u to co-operate with transportation company.Wasted two trips and many phone calls.Obviously they have all of customer's money,so they don't care if it ever gets picked up!

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I told the shipper would be unable to complete the shipment on the particular day. We left it at that, and haven't heard from them since. The issue was resolved a long time ago. Response from albtransportation: Talked to the customer when the bid was accepted and they were not ready.They told me they would call when they were,but never did.I have called many times and left a few messages,but never heard from this shipper ever again.Obviously we would have done the job if it were available.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the provider was unable to get the furniture out the main entry. additional maneuvering was required that the shipper wasn't willing to take on as it was a liability and may have damaged to product. Response from albtransportation: Yeah,the shipper wanted to use ropes to lower to ground.I wish he told us this before we wasted a trip and my guys time.That episode cost my company $175.He will be billed for a wasted trip.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Talked to provider and discussed shipment. Yes, there was a scheduling conflict, but provider said he would do some checking and call back. He requested cancellation without calling back. This is my first uship and I hope the other providers are more accomadating. Provider states too much hassle, I say he is too impatient!!! Response from albtransportation: This woman states that shipment is flexible and turns out it can only be delivered on the 1st of August.Then she has more than is listed and adds those items after cancellation.She was rude,nasty and treated me like dirt.I have no use for customers with bad attitudes that think they can jerk people around.Stay clear of this shipper!!Looking for something for nothing.
