There needs to be another selection in the drop-down menu for over-all experience because "Positive" doesn't even come close to describing Alan and the wonderful care he gave Lulu and Tillie as he transported them from Louisiana to their new home in Virginia. Despite the naughty misdeeds they committed while in his care, he was incredibly upbeat every time he called to let us know of his progress. If you don't use Alan when you need a beloved pet transported, you'll really miss out.

Alan was great! He stayed in regular contact with me the whole trip! He arrived when he said he would be here and we had a great visit when he arrived. He obviously cared about the puppies and gave them great care! They looked great and were happy little girls! Alan will be the first person I call when I need dogs delivered again. Thank You!

Alan did an excellent job transporting Buster. He gave us frequent (much appreciated!) updates on where he was and how Buster was doing. He was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
We have never shipped a pet before and were nervous about the process. Alan exceeded all of our expectations and we recommend him with absolutely no reservations whatsoever. Thank you so much, Alan!!!

I am extremely happy with Alan's service. He delivered two puppies from Illinois to Florida and he did a fabulous job. He picked up on time and stayed in contact, sent pictures of the pups along the way! I could tell the pups bonded with him on the way. He was curtious, prompt, and very professional.
