Overall the worst shipping experience I can imagine. Several heirloom furniture pieces were distroyed...I told the shipper that I needed STRONG men and they were unable to lift many of the items. I had to get the neighbors to move the stuff because they couldn't lift it! Almost all of the furniture was damaged (everything they touched was), some was distroyed, and their insurance is refusing to call me back or take any action. I have pictures if you want more info.

TOM AND HIS HELPER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL MADE MY MOVE EASY BECAUSE OF THERE PATIENCE TAKING THERE TIME TO MAKE SURE NO DAMAGES WOULD OCCUR. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. ALL AROUND NICE GUYS.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Bad experience. THey didn't show up when I was ready with all my stuff ready to be moved.

I had to cancel this shipment due to a medical emergency with my son. I conacted the shipper the day before the shipment and ofered to ship in a few days but that offer was not accepable. This is the onlt time I have had to cancel a shipment. I did contact the shipper as soon as I knew I would have to cancel.

Tom did a Fablous job, he was very helpful, conscientious and friendly. He was on time on the pick up and delivery and kept me informed at all times what was happening with the shipment. I will use him again if I come across something else to ship. THANKS A BUNCH TOM, YOU WERE VERY HELPFUL........

Tom was great! The bed was picked up and delivered when he said it would be, he kept in contact with me, and the bed was in great shape when it arrived. I would definately use Tom's service again!
