The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The customer added numerous bulky items and misrepresented the items they had on USHIP's inventory list. The items would not fit into the 1 24 ft truck I have and the customer does not want to pay for an additional truck and driver. The customer left out large bulky items in order to get a better price. The price increase I offered only made me break even on the cost of a 2nd truck and driver so the customer is unreasonable.
