After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
According to our bid the customer was told that the pick up would be between the dates of 3/29/08 to 3/31/08 and when I told her that I would be there for the pick up on the 31st she got up set with me. I told her that the bid that she accepted clearly showed those dates.

The provider had confirmed a date of the 30th with me. He called back at 5pm on Saturday the 29th to say he wasn't able to make the 30th date. This was very inconvient but I was willing to work with the provider. The provider called hung up, called me back and abruptly cancelled the move. Glad you cancelled before holding my things hostage!!!! I had a f/u questions..provide h/u several times. Not very professional/wouldn't recommend mover. Happy to know he was difficult to work w/ b4 the move!!!
