Service Provider will deliver shipment on 8/31/2009. Customer wanted 8/30/2009 pickup and delivery which we were unable to modify our tight schedule to accomodate the customer. We had out team en route on 8/31/2009 to complete the job but the customer stated he was cancelling the contract.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: seandankers (34 ) On: 8/31/2009 For: Local Jersey City Small Studio	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was told that the move was going to happen on a Sunday and that they would contact me after they figure out timing. I emailed and called few times Saturday and Sunday, then finally got an email Sunday 11pm stating that they can only do the move Monday 830am, which is hardly enough time for notice.

All of my items came back, except the wheel to my bed frame, however he paid me for it. My furniture was handled w/ great care and was delivered in the same condition as it was. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICE. Highly recommended!
