The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Initially provider was en route to pick-up boat and seller would not release it with a cashiers check he had two weeks prior. My wife and I came to the conclusion that the seller got a better offer locally based on the conversation we had. Nick and I agreed to keep the shipment on the books as I began to search for another boat. In the meantime, he had exchanged 26 e-mails with me back and forth as I searched and ensuring me he would be able to pick-up a boat when I found one. Nick encouraged me

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Confirmation of shipment via uship Aug. 23rd unable to get response from shipper by phone or email, uship cancellation notice received Sept. 5th. Sorry to hear of an accident. Would have preferred to have learned of cancellation directly from shipper. Recommend shipper establish contact with clients.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to contact the service provider by phone,leaving voice mail messages and by email. I have provided three (3) phone numbers as well as my email address. It has been several days and the service provider has not contacted me.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Note: First i am being charged storage, second the person accepted the bid and this is a contract to provide service, third the unit was suppose to be to my customer and now I will have to call this person and try and make arrangments if they will let me. I do not care about his haul back that was canceled. This person accepted the bid and this is a contract to perform the services. I will expect to hear from a USHIP person within 24 hours.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper showed up with a Ford F-150 that does not have the capability to pull this boat. The boat weight is as listed by the manufacturer.

True the boat weight is correct but shipper didn't list total weight of shipment after driving 800miles to the pickup point and see the boat I asked the salesman total weight and his response was 5980 lbs.had this been listed i would of never booked it. If true weight had been listed for shipment I would of not wasted the shippers time or delayed his shipment as I know what my truck can and can't pull.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Cashier's check needed to be held by bank for three days. Load cannot be picked up until 7/20/12. Shipper will no longer be in area. Agreement was made over phone by shipping company and shipper to cancel load.
