LIES!!! "Customer...did not lable items" IT WAS A FULL TRUCK - WHO WOULD LABLE!!!, "she...directed...loaders" LIE! I WAS NOT EVEN NEAR THE TRUCK DURING LOADING. THE TRUCK WAS TOO SMALL AND YOU CRAMMED 2 OTHER MOVER'S LOADS ONTO IT. "She also piggy backed a friend which we lost money due to having to rent a bigger truck. Now Is that fair?" LIE! I "MET" A PERSON ON CRAIGSLIST WHO NEEDED TO MOVE SOME THINGS AND TO HELP IRON HORSE MAKE MORE $, I PUT THEM TOGETHER AND HAD NOTHING MORE TO DO W/ IT

Too much drama. At the last minute both of the "regular" drivers canceled. They DID finally find a driver and load my things that day but everything was very stressful, rushed, and items were not wrapped well. They DID keep their promise on dates - THANKS for that. I know they were as unhappy as I was, and I think they even lost money on the move. They have good intentions but they contract out some of the work so they loose some control (the drivers mixed up some items between the 3 customers)

Customer forgot to add she did not lable items, she chose to direct the loaders on how to load the truck taking away from the company's ability, direct control, and professionality of packing items the correct way. Our policy is not to argue with our customers and if you choose to take over packing your items how you want them packed then that liability falls on you if you pack incorrectly. She also piggy backed a friend which we lost money due to having to rent a bigger truck. Now Is that fair?

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Robert seemed like a great guy, but his other move going into Chicago canceled. He tried to find another but couldn't. No one can do a round trip for the price that we had agreed to so I am perfectly ok with cancelling under these circumstances. Good luck Robert! AJ
