He stayed in touch and picked up my horse right before a snow storm in Michigan. Thank goodness! My mare arrived in excellent condition in a big roomy open box stall that was well maintained. Neither were fatigued and both looked great. The communications was excellent, they always got back with me in a timely manner. We had a few problems arise but they were all worked out.
