Robert stayed in contact with me and accomodated the change of transport date that I requested. Todd was very professional and personable. this was a bad deal!!! First, the contractor called @ 8:00A and said he'd be there in 2 hours or so. Getting his truck serviced!!! Then after 6 hours I called and he was coming in an hour (3:00PM)!! He finally came @ 8:30PM!!!!!! Sorry way to do business!! Now he said he'd be in Las Crueses @ mid morning!! It's 3:45PM and he's still not there and the people have been waiting since 9:30AM. Horriable experience for sure. Horriable!!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted the bid on 12/31. I contacted the shipper by phone on 1/1 and 1/2, leaving messages both times. On 1/4, shipper e-mailed me to let me know that he was in the middle of a move and had no cell phone service, assuring me that he would call me Saturday, 1/5, morning. I e-mailed shipper the night of 1/6, to let him know that I needed to hear from him or I would cancel the bid. As I waited so long to hear from shipper, all other shippers that I was in touch with no longer have room. As
