I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I paid for the shipment in full .The stove was damaged in shipment . Also Alex never paid Conway trucking for delivery ,I guess he sud it out to them. I have tried least 20 times to get intouch with him.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider inexplicably showed up with an undersized pick up vehicle then after promising to return with a full-sized truck, canceled suggesting that they could not pick up an 84" wide pallet in a 102" wide truck. When we pointed out the bad math they failed to respond.We need immediate cancellation of this transaction as we now are close to an agreed delivery deadline.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a mix-up regarding the shipping pickup location/contact information which resulted in pickup not being completed. Response from afino: Shipper declined to tell us of another carrier they previously booked with. Previous carrier pickup up freight a month after they originally booked. Never informed us. Not a good way to conduct business.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Please refund the fees since I still have the item to ship. Response from afino: Shipper declined to mention that freight was not packaged as well as it being on the second floor of a building in NYC with nowhere to park trailer. If this information was disclosed beforehand we would have arranged pickup accordingly.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Everything was a go. Spent two days getting it together. Made a mistake on the zip code agreed to a higher price to have it all fall apart. Promises never fulfilled. Did not even call to talk it over. Very unprofessional. Response from afino: The consignee had all incorrect information, wrong phone numbers for pickup, wrong zip codes for pickup. The consignee felt very uncomfortable with his shipment (we still dont know why), so it was in our best interest to cancel this shipment pending further mistakes that he may have made in listing his shipment. The consignee was properly notified by email.
