These people had the gall to say I did not listen to their concerns which is untrue. We agreed on a delivery place & date and then they changed their minds once we were OFF the uship forum and were emailing & calling directly so this could not be tracked. Sent them money and then they decided that they could not deliver unless I could pick up in OHIO because for the price we had AGREED ON it was not worth their while. Then they RETRACTED BID claiming BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT. UNTRUE! Avoid using them

HORRIBLE!! This was the worst experience of my life. There was only 1 person to deliver all of my furniture and he wanted me(a female) to help him unload my furniture. When i refused to help him he LEFT without giving me my furniture after he got paid. I had to call the POLICE they had to call him and MAKE him return the furniture. He BROKE my window and refused to pay for it. When he returned the furniture he left it outside. Im in the process of SUING this company! DONT USE THEM BEWARE!!

She was supposed to have cash on pickup but had none.Agreed to have cash upon delivery and had none there either.Then said she had no money and wanted mom to pay with her credit card from another state.She said she was on the first floor but had 3 flights of stairs.when I told her no money no delivery I am taking it back to Texas she called the police. Officer said I did not have to deliver

Good guys. Provided a Door-to-Door Move with a large-scale truck&trailer. No easy feat, but they did it! Items loaded up and delivered safe as can be. Wish I had these guys locally.

Don't use these scammers! This company charged us for full service and could not provide it. Then, they agreed to pay us to unload our move ourselves. We unloaded it and have been trying to get paid for nearly 3 months! They acknowledge they owe us money and yet won't pay us. They are now ignoring us. We've been forced to send this to a collections agency and are now seeking legal remedies against them to get our money. They are scam artists! Do not use them! You will be ripped off.

Response from acrossusa: She said told our driver that her and her entire family would be happy to unload the truck with him, then told us to reimburse her $100 afterwards for her "kindness". What she fails to mention is that she also added 2000 pounds of things "SHE FORGOT TO MENTION" to the original shipment and that WE DID NOT CHARGE HER A DIME for all of the EXTRA items.
