My horse started on his journey 9/20/08 at 11:30PM. I didn't hear anything until I called Tues. asking if he was ok and when he would be arriving Wed. the day I was told he would be in Temple. Then I was told there were alternator problems, then a front tire blew out during shipment, the days dragged on and then the transmission was faulty. My horse had been transported past his destination to El Paso and finally arrived 9 days later thin and drawn up and has not eaten or drank for 2 days now!

yes i would like to report a problem...With GRIFFITHSBURG HORSE TRANSPOTATION...This group... was supposed to show up on Tuesday, August 26th, 2008, to ship a horse of mine to Virginia. They didn't actually show up until 9:43p.m., Thursday August 28th,2008. It was to be completed NON-STOP ship to Harrisonburg, Va. I have done this shiop myself and it takes 5 and one-half hours... They didn't arrive until 4:30 the next day, Friday...August 29th, 2008. They had five horses on the vehicle total

Response from acetiff123: Please note that even though we (Tds horse transport) booked this as a "book it now" the customer apparently used another company (she would not honor our booking) to make the move and after the initial contact she would not accept our calls or respond to our e-mails etc. and now uses our feed back to state her dissatisfaction with the other company. So now we're not only out our booking of $700.00 but also have this posted here on our feedback. What a wonderful site!!!!

TDS Transport LLC did an excellent job in delivering my new yearling. The colt arrived in good condition and was quite relaxed. The driver was kind and shared his observations on the colt with us which were very helpful. I would absolutely give TDS a call to ship any of my horses! Great job - Thanks!!!!

Hauler failed to communicate with me, I had to contact them constantly. Also my horse was dehydrated when she got to me after hours upon hours of being late.

Response from acetiff123: This was a young horse and I have honestly never seen any horse drink as much water as this one. It may have acted thirsty but was absolutely not dehydrated. We contacted the customer 4 times the day of delivery alone. Her address was not on the GPS, she did'nt even know the name of 3 of the roads in her directions and we finally had to get her trucker husband (on the road) to call and give us directions. Also, there was no complaint what so ever at the time of delivery--all smiles,- pathetic!!!

They hauled our young filly for her first trip, and she arrived in excellent condition. Tony was very friendly and took good care of her. I would recommend this hauler for your horse.

The shipper was in an accident and their driver was injured.

Response from acetiff123: Yes, our driver was injured by a mare and hospitalized for several days. We attempted to find another driver at the time but could not locate anyone whom we felt had enough experience or that we could trust with the horses or equipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
