The overall experience is positive. Brian is a very nice, hard working and patient man. Brian just needs to communicate better. I would recommend Brian to anyone.

first items arrive in great condition i dont know why the low marks, and second, i was right on time, with my bid dates, i dont feel like we should be having to call every single day, we did call the day before and let her know when we would be at pick up and we did call the day before, delivery also,

This is one of my most positive experiences. My shipment was delivered in 48 hours... great job Captain Steve... one of the most personable and hard working person I've met. My friend missed contacting him to coordinate pick up on the first trip ; but Captain Steve was very patient and made sure we get my shipment in on his next trip. He communicated all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Everyone - USE HIM FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS - YOU WON'T REGRET IT! plus, you get to have a friend in him!
