Shipment was picked up on time. Delivery was a couple days later than anticipated, but still on schedule for our requirements. Delicate shipment was handled carefully and as agreed!

Customer has ignored all attempts to collect payment, and has bee turned over to collections agency.

payment made shipper failed to get unit picked up in time and i was accessed penalties for the delay as the shipper promised he was going to turn in to insurance and the shippment taken care of. there where too many excuses why it didnt get done. His followup to shippments is extremely poor and lack of communication on his part caused a large pentalies to be billed to me by the storage company. Both companies where paid in full and i would not recommend this shipper to anyone.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper and I had a disagreement on weight of item to be shipped. Shipper wanted to raise shipping fee $160.00 dollars. I do not want to use this shipper and I want to relist the shipment. Please refund the deposit and commission fee. Thank you,Frederick Gierisch

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider cannot confirm or even schedule a pickup or delivery. After numerous calls and e-mails there is still no pickup date seven days after a booking. Service provider is a broker and was unprepared for this type of delivery. After phone call today 7-24 @ 12 noon EST he still will not commit to a pickup date let alone a delivery. I am not waiting to relist my equipment, the service provider already knows i am doing this I am doing it now.

Our standard terms call for 5 days to arrange pickup and 5 days to deliver. We cannot begin the process to secure a truck until we have been notified the freight is ready to ship. Customer accepted our bid on 7/17, notified us it was ready to pickup on 7/21, and called on 7/23 to advise he was canceling the order.
