So VERY pleased with the service we got from this company. The shipment was upgraded from an open trailer to an enclosed one at no additional charge. The car was well cared for in travel and we were thrilled when it delivered earlier than expected. THANKS so much for the great transaction!

No Detailed Feedback Available Shipment needed to be picked up early and was delivered late. Issues with timing of pickup and delivery. Overall not a bad shipment but not as good as it could have been.

Customer was happy at delivery !!! I don't know what is the problem. Customer didn't contact any one from the Dispatch department with any problem. Car was picked up as promissed and deliver on time !!!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I do not have confidence that the provider will deliver the car in the time frame I posted because I have not heard anything from the provider after we matched up. So I decided to drive my car home by myself.

Well we matched up 1 month earlier before the shipping date.After talking with the shipper I explained that I'll be back in touch with him 3-4 days before the actual shipping.I am sorry that you felt that way, but we're moving hundreds of vehicles each month we simply don't have the time to chat with our customers every day about a single car shipping.We are professional transportation company and we know what to do and when to do.Maybe I can prove it to you next you're moving !Thanks Mike
