After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
AVOID~!!! this felt like a bait & switch transaction that the shipper bailed on themselves... really pleasant, low price at first- then a TOTAL LACK OFF COMMUNICATION and follow-up.
in addition, they PROMISED to call my sellers/pickups- and DID NOTHING.
PLEASE refund my deposit so i can try again.

I hope this works this time. This is the 5th time I have sent this.The carrier refused to deliver my motorcycle and I had to get it myself. I would like my $29.67 Refunded from U-Ship to me.I have followed the directions to complete this so please follow thru with my refund.

These people went to the location to pick up the item to be shipped...damaged the location of pickup walls, thresholds, got item outside and left it in the weather exposed...did not call us and let us know item was not going to be delivered...cannot contact the shipper! Do NOT SHIP WITH THESE People!
