A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This customer told me that his plane would be in last Fri nite at 9pm and he could release the bike to the driver by 930pm.So my driver stayed in Saint Louis,MO all day and waited. Then he called and said it would be on Saturday morning at 1030am..So my driver had to leave without shipment..So yes he did cost me time and money..He agreed to wait another 2wks to have his shipment done and now he's saying he wants to cancel i dont think thats fair to me once again i will have to change the route

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver could not be there when I was flying in during our first attempt to ship. I gave them a date and time; I was told by the owner of the company (Amy) that it might work, but the date and time did not, and my motorcycle was not shipped. I had to leave it at the seller's house with his permission. ApleasantTransport (the shippers) wanted to reschedule the shipment to the following weekend, and I agreed and a tentative date for the following weekend was set (I was told Friday or Saturday),
