He and his associate were extremely careful with the piano and the piano was delivered in great condition. Steve was very professional and although there were minor delays due to unforseen mechanical issues, Steve communicated with all parties throughout and did a great job accommodating the situation to accomplish the move. They dealt with a difficult landlord with professionalism and grace and moved my heavy upright brilliantly in the exact time frame they promised.
