The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services a1american movers/Tyler Edwards took 1/2 the shipping fee at pickup, never delivered the furniture and then did not respond to emails and voicemail inquiries, eventually cutting off their cell number. Mr. Edwards refused to tell my local police detective where the furniture was being stored and, as the pick-up was 4 months ago, I doubt I will recover the approximately $2500 in furniture that he had or the cash payment that was given to his driver. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider never picked up my shipment and never called me to tell me he was not able to pick it up. The last I heard from him, it was to have been picked up. PLEASE SEND A REFUND!!!

Most of my stuff was delivered ok. But the billing was messed up and I still have yet to receive the grill I had shipped. Left several messages and have not had any success.

Can someone contact me to let me know what I should do. I've given a deposit that later I found out was stolen by Gary.. but Tyler says he is still working on heading my way to bring my bed, that was two weeks ago. I haven't heard from him since, and I've tried calling both phone numbers I had for him and both are disconnected?! I'm annoyed. What to I do. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!!

This shipper was very courteous with their communications, but left very much to be desired when it came to making payment or ratifying a contract. Since this shipper initally told me I could make my partial payment via a credit card, and then later told me they could not do that because they were on the road, that became a problem.
