Unprofessional poor business,they picked up my things late because of truck issues. Demand final payment without any paper work. Items was put in storage for 3 weeks with no access.Delivered my things finally damaged and requested more money that I didnt know about until the deliver truck arrive to my place. Would not give me my things until I pay additional 100.00 which I did not have and since I didnt have it they put my stuff on the street.Tried to contact boss stop accepting my calls.

lisa's items were picked up on time. when we contacted her for delivery. she wasnt ready. we stored items free for 30 days. we had contact with her thru out. and due to her schedule she had limited time to access her storage.1 particle board item was damaged in this move. she had stairs at delivery. driver was going to deliver-- upstairs but lisa was loud and boyesterious to both driver/helper.when driver asked about re-delivery charge of $100.she refused.we delivered for free.

Gary and the team at A1 American Movers were amazing. The communication was second to none. The move progressed smoothly and very professionaly. Everything was packed and shipped to the highest of standards, nothing was damaged or broken and everything arrived on time as stated. The guys who packed and unpacked were friendly and experienced. I have no hesititation in reccommending this company for any shipping job however large or small it is. I will be using them again !
