I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I have talked with this customer once and have phoned several times with no reply. Isent the necessary documents to be filled out by fax and got no reply. I have taken no deposits or made any other financial arrangements. He blames UShip for losing a deposit with another company which I have nothing to do with.
