R&L Carriers is a family owned nationwide trucking company that developed YOU CRATE for the small business and residential moves. While we are not new to the trucking industry we are new to USHIP. YOU CRATE will deliver a crate to the shipping location assembled and ready for packing. It is the customers responsibility to pack the container. The driver is in no way responsible for packaging materials or for securing the shipped items, he may only HELP place items in the container. All items must be in an area (garage, drive way, etc) that is pallet jack accessible. Our drivers are not permitted to go in to homes, up steps or on elevators. YOU CRATE offers insurance with a max of $7500.00 per order. YOU CRATE is closed on weekends and major holidays.
