The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time THE SERVICE PROVIDER SAID THEY COULD PICK UP MY ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS AND DELIVER EIGHT DAYS AFTER THAT. 60 DAYS WENT BY BEFORE THEY TOLD ME THAT DO TO FINANCIAL, AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS ON THERE END, THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SHIP MY ITEM. NOW I'M WAY BEHIND ON GETTING IT HERE AND NEED TO RE-LIST IT. GARY

Before Shannon even placed a bid on my shipment her meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and stellar customer service was clear. During the course of her travels, she not only provided me with nightly email updates, but photo documentation of her travels. The winter weather driving conditions in mid-December 2008 was the worst weather that the Pacific Northwest has seen. Shannon traveled through Christmas to get my Airstream to Portland on time in perfect working order.
