Wolverine were outstanding. Great communications. Well organized and great pricing. I felt very comfortable that the bike would be taken good care of. Uship is ok, but it's a company like Wolverine that makes the difference. Wait for their bid before choosing.

The driver was in a hurry and while unstrapping my motorcycle it fell into another bike. He acted like it was no big deal. The bike has a dent with a new emblem over it and a new mirror on the same side of the motorcycle and the seller doesn't know anything about it. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Kim never called/emailed regarding damage/any incident.She was happy with the bike and signed off after inspecting it in full daylight.We can forward the delivery video, and will post it online.A week later,she is claiming,in her presence,the bike fell over,but somehow the driver fixed it up with a new emblem and mirror in the time he moved it off of the trailer,illogical.We have no reason to hide from any claims, as our cargo insurance would take care of it.Our Uship record speaks for itself.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I spoke to Wolverine, they are great, I will use them in the future. I misnavigated the sight and was charged for services I did not intend to purchase. I did however intend to join the Uship member club for no transaction fees for future shipments. If I could have the funds refunded that would be great. Also, in addition, the item in question would not be able to be shipped in that time frame, another reason I did not mean to purchase item.

Before I accepted their bid, I stated: "How flexible are you on pick up date? Talked to the bank yesterday and the idiots sent the check snail-mail from Indiana to California on Sat. Could be up until Friday, when the check is received by the sell of the bike. I imagine 2 days to clear. Probably looking at a realistic pick up date of January 30th or after. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I tried to reach this provider and did get a hold of Matthew Gehnam after bid was placed and accepted. He mentioned that truck would be there on sometime before 1/4/13. No call to seller or buyer on status. I called for last 5 days with no response. Today 1/11/13-Marsiol calls me to tell me not going to pickup because of my scheduling problem? She was very rude..told me their phone did not accept texts--lie..I texted Gehnam info and number of seller and he received..bike needs to be delivered.

Unfortunately this client is simply upset. The seller traveled out of town during the pick up window in our bid he accepted. Although we tried to reorganize and reroute our other truck it was not possible for later dates. It is clearly not our fault when the pick up point does not make the bike available for the agreed dates. In regard to texting, she was referring to the office land line.
