I didn't get the ship by date i wanted. I was told 10-14 days for delivery. it would have taken a month if i hadnt driven 3 hours to go pick up my bike. They kept pushing the delivery date back by a week at a time. I received no retributions for my troubles. still had to pay full price. Never using this company again.
Response from freightcenter:
We were not notified until yesterday of a specific delivery date needed by customer. To have delivered on a specific date there would have been a "guaranteed delivery" charge. Customer was given the option to pick up the bike from the ABQ terminal if he chose, but to notify us if he was going to do that so we could ask the terminal to hold the bike for him to pick up. Customer was undecided at that point and didnt let us know a definite answer.
